Situated at the gate to the Fichtel Mountains, on a ridge at the edge of Bayreuth, providing a wonderful view over the hilly panorama of the festival city. The park of the Hermitage, the thermal bath Lohengrin and the golf course are within walking distance.
Within 15 minutes by car you can reach the Fichtel Mountains, within half an hour the Franconian Switzerland. The fully equipped apartment has a separate access, an own terrace including a garden plot.
